How do I get a birth certificate and ssn?

I misplaced my children's birth certificate and ssn how do I go about getting another one?

birth certificates are issued by the county (or perhaps state), and Social Security is a federal function.  get the first replaced and then go to the nearest SS admin office.

Go to the city where she was born and request her BC at the City Hall. The ss# I'm pretty sure you can go to any ss office and request it!
