How do I get a career at Disney?

How can i get a Career with Disney World, or any other disney related career. I also have no college so where could i start from the bottom so that i can advance up.

The thing with disney, is that theres always something new to do.

Within three years, someone I know went from being a doorman, to managing a hotel. He also does some disney university stuff.

You don't really need to go to "college" per say. Disney has its own career start program that you could look into as well.

You would be working in the park, as well as taking some disney college classes. That's a great way to advance in the company.
