How do I get a copy of my tax forms?

I checked on the IRS website and didnt find anything helpful and when I called them the machine was so confusing -IT- ended up hanging up on me! How do I get this?

Do you want a copy of your filed tax return? Or are you needing forms.

Visit IRS website:  www.irs.gov  KEYWORD: copy of tax return

If it is forms you needs then type in Forms in the keyword.

Copies of the actual tax return is $39.00 use form 4506; if a transcript will do use form 4506-T;; the transcript is a line by line tax information you filed on your tax return and is acceptable at all loans, school financial aids etc.
