Question:

How do I get a degree in Marine Biology?

I just received a B.A. in Communication. But now I am considering a career in science and research. How would I go about it? Do I look for undergraduate or graduate studies? I don't have a science background, so do I start from the very beginning or can I skip it since I have already done my G.E.s? I hope this is clear. Thank you!

  1. You could pick up a major in marine biology. Chances are you've probably done a lot of the mundane GE work already. Visit your university's biology department and ask to see the marine biology adviser. They will be able to help you figure out what you need to do and declare the major.
