How do I get a document on my Palm Pilot onto my computer?

I have an older Palm, I think a 515. Its got a document on it that was lost on my PC and I need to get it back onto my computer. I have played around with the Palm software before and couldn't find a way. Any ideas?

try sending it to your email, or if you have a mini, micro, sd, slot in your palm pilot buy watever size it is and transfer the files to they...and usually those cards come with adapters that make it into a regular sd card  and some computer have sd slots now so u just plug it in there and copy it to yuor computer...and if u dont have a computer with an sd slot or watever....there usb flash drives that r empty that they sell on ebay....which u can insert ur card into and plug it into ur computer as a flashdrive cuz most computers now have usb slots...if ur p p has bluetooth theres also bluetooth drive that u pluig onto ur computer and transfer it their bluetooth....also if u have (IR)infared....and one of ur buddies can transfer stuff threw his computer threw his cell no matter wat means is is....u can send it to him threwe IR and he can email it to u.....and of copurse the sfoeware wit the cable for ur cell

The easiest way is to use the cradle and the palm software. You just connect and hotsync. or connect and browse the device thru my computer.
