for that u gotta buy a number some US number what ever country code which u can make call and recieve call but u gotta be always online( this is  a way that telemarketers do that so no one will actually track the number or if they call from some another country u will recieve a number from ur country not their country Or some company name on ur id caller for ex: Bell Canada)
