How do I get a fax number?

I have a fax machine and a phone line but how do i get a fax number?

You could just connect your fax line to your phone line and you can get faxes that way. as long you dont pick up the call, than the fax will go through. Otherwise you would have to call the phone company and have them install another phone line. then you will have a designated fax number that wont interfere with your phone line.

your phone number IS your fax number

you can set up the telephoni.app in you computer to send and receive faxes, too

Once the fax is connected to the phone socket, it will answer on that line, thefore that number for the line. Setup the fax, and configure the ring time before answer for Fax.
