How do I get a flat stomach?

Okay, to start off, I am NOT fat, but I'm not exactly thin. I'm 5'6" and 130lbs. I just have some pudge around my middle sections. What's the best way to get rid of it? And is it true that even though I'm not obese, doing crunches and stuff will make it stick out even more?? Thank you! :)

  1. Yes doing only crunches a lone will make it stick out more. There is no such thing as target exercise this method does work. What I advise is to start out walking, then pick up some speed and eventually start jogging and than start back walking, this will help everybody part not only just your stomach.
