Question:

How do I get a flexible back so i can do a backbend kick over??

i already know..name everything there is to do to learn how to do a backbend..i know you have to know a backbend first..how do i get stronger arms?

  1. keep doing backbends by pushing yourself off the ground and see how long u can stay in a backbend swaying back and forth thats how i did it :]


  2. You won't be able to change the flexibility of your back dramatically because that is mainly due to genetics.. however with streches (eg. lying on your stomach and pushing up with your arms.) you will improve. Just make sure you don't over stretch or you can hurt your back...

  3. do cat/cow stretch, or try the locust and cobra positions in yoga.  actually, yoga in general will loosen you up :]
