Their father is french citizen with permanent residency in Canada. I tried looking online and didn't come across anything. We obtained an application 5 years ago but it was in french. My husband is tooo lazy to fill in the required documentation. Can I get the application in English? I would like to see them have dual citizenship so they travel throughout Europe when they are older.
