How do I get a friendly ghost to live in my house?

I want a ghost to live in my house. Like one I can talk to and see and that will talk back. My house isn't very old and i highly doubt anyone has died in it. And i don't want to use a Ouija board because i hear they can be very dangerous. Any ideas?

Ghosts use electric energy just like we do.  Haven't you ever noticed when you get that feeling like something brushed you in the night, it drains your cell phone battery.  That's not a coincidence.

Stack batteries, car batteries if you have access to them or can get some at a junk yard, on a wooden non conductive surface in a closet that you are not using.  Where ever you walk, just mention out loud that if there are any human spirits that would like some comradery, they are welcome to join you.   Hospitals are a great place to meet friendly ghosts, especially children’s hospitals.

You can also pray to Dionysus over a glass of red wine and ask him to bring a spirit into your life.  Don't worship him, as I am not encouraging you to do anything religious or abandon your own religion.  Just speak to Dionysus as if you were asking your congressman for a favor.

Here is what you do.  Go to the cemetery and walk across the graves.  Be careful for what you as for.  Ask one of the grave to come and visit you.  Keep your eyes open, strange things might happen, or you might have a crazy dream.

Since ghosts are the lingering spirits of people who have become bound to a place. Perhaps, you could find a friendly person murder them and bury them in your basement.

Then again, they probably won't be that friendly towards you after you murder them. Never mind.

You shouldn't try to do that. This is because there are demonic spirits that love to trick people into thinking they are a friendly ghost which they are not. Demons are very dangerous creatures and they deceive people quite easily. You seem to be a little lonely. Might I suggest that you get a pet or pick up a hobby. That should make you feel better. Generally things are attracted to large amounts of energy, and open portals work too. So magick practitioners generally have haunted houses. The Ouija board is actually going to be one of the safer methods available to you as far as getting something spiritual as it allows you to invite something to manifest but at the same time gives it a limited amount of ability. If that's too dangerous for you, then there isn't a better method available for you.

if that number doesn't work, then do this, picture a dead person who you consider friendly, and then have conversations with him/her, in otherwords, talk to yourself, and get use to this, there you go, you have a nice ghost in your life now.

well i would suggest the ouija board

its dangerous when u use it wrong

i have one and play like every month or so

there will be spirits cause the land that your hause is in might have been a place in the past

so far ive only met good spirits in the ouija

i just dont ask it anything offensive or about death

Very easily! Be careful what you wish for, you might just get it. Until one is used to a spiritual presence, it might be a little scary. Hauntings and scary apparitions are generally not designed to scare the individual, but to get the individual comfortable (accustomed to) being around an entity. If one is friendly to a spirit, it will be friendly to you. Also, contrary to what the religions teach, having a familiar spirit is not a bad thing - the saints have them. Here is what you should do:

1) Pray to God for what you want.

2) Call out in your mind (like you were talking to yourself, but without actually saying the words) i.e. "Are there any friendly spirits out there that would like to live in my house?" Be prepared for a telepathic response. In other words you may hear a response in your mind, not acoustically. You may just think that you are hearing your own thoughts, you are not.

3) Be prepared to start feeling and eventually seeing any that show up.

4) Remember, treat a spirit nicely, and it will be nice to you.

5) Also, Don't ask them for advice!

simply ask... I have a ghost in my house but i didn't call him here. His name is Jacob Keis and he was murdered in this house.

I've come quite accustomed to him... I follow him, he follows me. I ask him to freak out my sister.. he will. He is very nice... almost like a best friend that nobody can take away from you. If all else fails ask your Ouija board. But im sure ghost mean no harm to you if you have dont nothing to affect them. The afterlife can be cruel though so there are still ghosts who resent everyone and can possibly be dangerous...
