Contact your state tax office.  They will want to collect fuel use taxes for biodiesel sold for highway use.  Same with the federal government.  If you only sell it for off highway use in equipment like tractors,  excavators,  skidders,  etc.  the road use taxes won't apply.  It might be an easier way to sell your biodiesel and still be legal.
