How do I get a grant for a small business in Michigan?

This will be used for tourism. I have searched the net and cannot find anything.

Also, what would I have to present to whomever gives out these grants? I have an LLC and a business plan, and would like anything else that could help me.

You don't need a grant.  Those don't exist for what you want to do.  You need to save your money and pay for your own business. If you can't do that, get the money from family and friends.  They would do it if you make it official and sign notes to pay them back with interest.  You can't go to the government for "grants" because you are a private person opening a private business.  That's what America is all about.

You could get a grant for opening a nursing home for poor old people. The government is desperate for more of them. /
