How do I get a group from sending emails to me??

click on 'unsubscribe' or send them an e-mail with that in the 'subject' line.

go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the last column Leave Group, check small box - click save changes

if you leave via the unsubscribe group address, it's faulty and there will b delays

Block them by going to options, copy the email address in the block list then click on save changes.

Add their email address to your "spam" list.

You will never see them again.

Just delete your spam list every so often.

I have found that changing my email occasionally is a good thing.  I then only share it with the people that I care about.
