How do I get a job as a Bike Courier?

I live in Bristol, UK. There seems to be a secret order of bike couriers who do not talk about their proffessions. People who employ them do not admit it for legal reasons so i'm stuck, just how do you become one? Right now, Its my main ambition in life.

Check with an employment agency. Call first and see if they specialize in that area. From what I've heard other than knowing the right people thats the only way to be a courier.
