How do I get a job on a cruse ship as a male escort, dinner/dance partner?

I saw an add for a job on a cruse ship several years ago for free two week trips on cruse ships if you work as a male escort because there were so many females and not enough older males for them to dance or have dinner with. Are these jobs still available? It said you must be at least 45 years old.

My guess the ad was a scam.  The cruise line would have such a huge liability issue that no legit company would even consider it.
