How do I get a job on a performance tour?

Hi, I'm a stage manager major (not yet graduated) I was planning to take hiatus from school before my transfer and wanted to work as an asm for tour somewhere, anywhere. Where can I find information for that. There has to be place for people with little experience on touring to get a job.

I check roadie jobs but most of those are for upper level crew, I don't have that experience there must be a way to be taken in as an assistance somewhere.

Google "Mid America Entertainment Services" if they're still around. I think they're out of TN

See a concert and ask someone who is working on the concert & ask to apply the job..
