How do I get a live person to talk to from the Green Dot Prepaid Credit Cards?

I bought a Green Dot Prepaid Card yesterday and I loaded $310.00- the activation was processed and they gave me the credit card number to use online temporarily until i get the credit card sent in the mail. But i think i wrote it down incorrectly, and now i cant do anything ! when i call customer service, they ask for the account number, and when i enter it , it comes up as incorrect ! so how am i supposed to get live help if i dont even have the right information?! please help me find live help !

I would guess that you'll have to wait until you get the actual card.  According to their website, you call 1-877-434-3578 for regular inquiries or lost/stolen cards.  I would call then use the options for a lost card.  That should get you a person.  I really doubt that they will give you the number by phone though.  I've never heard of any sort of financial institution that would give you anything but a loan number over the phone.
