How do I get a moving HTML image onto my yahoo group please?

I'd like to have a moving image on my yahoo group homepage. Is this possible and if it is can someone tell me how to do it please very simply. Thanks.My technical skills on computer are not good.

you can't do it because there is a message that you just can add GPEG images and they are not moving image

if you go to your manage you can see this message that  i coppy for you.

"Click Browse and find a replacement picture on your computer (JPEGs only). When you are finished, click Add Now"

and if you want add a moving image in your emails that you send to your group so you must go to promote in your group home page then copy it and paste in a file that you make it on Notepad program and then you search on it this writing"
