How do I get a new cop assigned ot my case?

I have a problem with the cop who is assigned to my case he is not doing things legally and he is biased towards the owman that is lying to him. He even told my lawyer that he thinks she is lying but he still will not help me> I need a new cop on the case I have called his sargeant and his sargeant agreed with what I said but still nothing is being done about it.

First off, get a spellchecker,  Then have a word with your legal ad viser, or as we call them this side of the pond, solicitor,  I am sure he will be able to give you much more appropriate advice.
