How do I get a new skin for my top friends on facebook?

I saw somebody with a patriots skin and I want an Eagles one.. but I am not sure how to do it.

Top Friends offers certain skins. That doesn't mean they have the Eagles. They might. Go to the application of top friends, then on the tab menu all the way on the left click edit. Under the big SAVE button it says profile skins. Click on the picture displayed next to it. Then you can choose which skin you want. These are the only skins you can choose. I hope I helped!
