How do I get a nursing job in London as a newly graduate RN?

I am a newly graduating nurse with a RN license, who wants to live in London, England (yes I know about the lower pay grade for RNs....)

I have dual citizenship in America and Jamaica, which was a british colony.

Would I need sponsorship and how would I go about it?
