For instance email1.paypal.com is stealing peoples bank details by sending out fake emails claiming the account has reached its limit. How can you get loads of people to hack these sites to death? It would be nice to turn the tables on these scammers.

  1. You may try to report here http://www.abuse.net/

  2. The short answer is, you can't. All the hacker needs to do is change his/her sending address (which probably wasn't real to begin with), and the hacker is back in business.

  3. one should report all sites to law enforcement, in that case thay could catch the guy, unless otherwise, closing a site is just a small step.

  4. You can ping their server a lot of times. that can take it down for a bit.

    or run a DDOS attack.

a ddos is: denial of service attack.

Its illegal tho. But if you have some ability in Computers you would know how to do this.

When this is done, what is basically doing is sending packets to the Website. That is what takes the site down.

Or you can start a botnet.

for phishing sites, it would take maybe 10, or 9 people.

But while doing this, you can't just "DO IT" you need to enable a proxy to not get caught.

Because they can spot your IP address, and trace you. That means they can get your Name, Address, phone number. etc.
