I'm NOT asking for proxy links, etc. I already know sites where I can get free proxy IP things. Please answer the question if you know! ^^

  1. GETTING STARTED ON SETTING UP YOUR OWN PROXY:

    1]

First choose whether you want a web proxy or an http proxy (http is recommended for most users). Web proxies are easier to setup, but this type of proxy is extremely limited in it's functionality. Http proxies take a little bit more time to setup, but the efforts are well worth it. Once installed, you'll have a fast connection with full SSL (https) capablilty. And your IP address will be unshared, so there's no chance of getting blocked because of someone else's actions.

2] Find a web hosting service in the country of your choice. You will need at least a VPS hosting plan (these plans usually cost around $20 to $30 per month, but you may find lower). For United States users, I usually recommend Server Pronto, as you can get your own completely dedicated server for just $29/month.

3] Hire a professional system administrator or proxy server expert to install the proxy server application. I do not usually recommend trying to do this yourself since what should take an expert 2 or 3 hours can easily take a beginner 2 or 3 days to figure out. If interested, I am available for consulting and can usually install a basic proxy server for about $75.
