How do I get a refund/replacement of a game I bought from a guy on Amazon which doesn't work?

I believe when you log in and go to your recent orders there is a button for returns. You can print a return label and send it back. They took it back off my credit card after they received it

First, contact him by email through amazon saying you either want a refund or an exchange

If it is new the change or refund will be extremelly easy, and of course if you havent opened it.

If it is used, then the seller will respond saying that he will not return shipping fees, so you will have to pay for the shipping back and taking into consideration that you will get only the final price of the product without the shipping fee.

If you dont receive response from the seller by email after you contact him or her, you have to wait a certain amount of time in order for you to report a claim to Amazon, when this is done,you will get a full refund

If you received a damaged product, you can either wait for the correct time to put a claim or do the first step without getting your shipping fee back.
