How do I get a ringtone on my LG nV2 if my phone disables the ringtone options??

My phone is the Lg nV2, i dont have the ringtone options on my phone because my parents disabled it. I also dont have web. I want the ringtone "I kissed a girl" by katty perry! I wanted to know how i could possibly get it as my ringtone for free from and internet site and then send it to my phone But how do i do it. Is there anyway I can get it FREE? please ive been looking for 2 ours :/
