  1. Check out Yahoo's Sitebuilder.  I use it.  It's very easy to use, you build your own website, they register the domain name, they host it and they can market it for you, all for a very small amount of money.  Check it out.

  2. When I was looking for good quality free web templates, I found a lot of c**p but I also discovered some real gems... The 'best of the best' are at the source link below.

Take a look, you'll find some really cool templates and themes for all types of sites such as html, css, flash, wordpress, joomla and more.

You may see something that catches your eye.

  3. You can get a free website with Microsoft Office Live Small Business - http://tinyurl.com/olsbfree . It has a free design tool that allows you to create web pages without coding. It has 500mb of web space and no ads. MS is giving a free domain name for the 1st year.

  4. Go to www.HotScripts.com and find a script that has the features you're looking for. I would recommend a PHP script because it's the easiest to deal with. Buy a domain and hosting and set it up.If you want a custom look hire a web designer off GetAFreelancer.com or Guru.com.
