How do I get a six-pack?

I'm a 13 year old girl and I do competetive cheerleading, which is hard work. I want to get a six-pack by the end of summer. I have the first part. (At the top I have part of it) How do I get the bottom part? Make sense?

  1. if your a girl then you cant get a six pack,only a four pack its just the way the muscles on girls are but to get the bottom more toned you want to do variations of crunches and that will work the bottom part as well as the top part


  2. You can do reverse crunches and leg lifts, but you must have a low body fat percentage to see your stomach muscles.
