Question:

How do I get a tape out of my camcorder?

I have a Sony DCR-HC28 camcorder with a jammed tape. I've done everything short of taking it apart. I don't have the money right now to go to a repairman. I also keep getting a "re-attach the power source" error every time I turn it on, and this is driving me crazy!
