  1. Hi Fernando,

I found this site that has a review of the top 3 abs programs online. I personally went for "your six pack quest" and I'm very happy with the results. The site is:

    http://www.magnificentabs.com

either program looks very solid so you should try it. good luck

  2. well since u say ur already built i assume ur u have a above average abs and body . ive been practising jujitsu for more than 11 years and iam not much into weights but ive had what u want , well you very well know its a lot into dieting , low carbs , systamatic protien and excerise .

what you must do is regulary change ur ab work out , make ur ab muscles guess , and not the same routine , search in google for some wonderful abs work outs , practise them for 3 weeks and change and iam sure u wil see results soon ..

hope this was help full for u ,

  3. for an 8 pack u need a low bf, around 5%. cardio and diet lower bf. for exercizes, hangind leg raises, and crunches work the best.

  4. tight six pack is easy. get your body fat % to like 10-11%.

interval training is too long to explain so google it. theres no better visceral fat burner than interval training.  so follow that.

once you burn off your visceral fat your abs ill show properly instead of hiding underneath that layer of fat.

so basically interval training and ab exercises for each quadrant.

8 pack is alot harder. i had to diet. body fat like 5-6%. you'll have to diet too. it doesn't just come from working out. 5-6 isn't actually even healthy .. its a bit too low.

you need to cut carbs. read up on GI indexes of carbs. you might learn something. for 5-6% your going to have to train like crazy (interval sprinting best) and diet quite a bit.
