look on the right of the video and you should see a embed thingie if anything folow instructions on the site.

Go to compose Blog on 360

Check the ''HTML'' box first

Paste the code

Add text

Tag, Preview and Post.

take out your 360 hard drive, plug it into your computer with the hard drive to PC connector cable, then simply move it to the hard drive
