ask your school counselor or teachers. i think they could give you one.

I thought after 15 no one needed a work permit. But where you live maybe they do. if so ask an employer and they can tell you.

This varies by state.  In most cases, no permits are required over about age 14, however there may still be some restrictions.  Google "Child Labor [your state]"  (e.g. Child Labor Texas) and you should be able to find the regulations.
