How do I get abs FAST?

I'm 16,busy with school,tuition AND A FEMALE!!

What diet and routine do you suggest I go with so I can get abs of a babe as fast as possible?

  1. depends on how much fat you have covering them

    but exercises like

    deadlifts....overhead squats....front squats..pushups

    are great for building abs as they force your abs to support your body...and are actually far more efficient than say crunches...and remember to go heavy to challenge your muscles...dont worry about 'bulking up' I've worked with 110 pound girls that could deadlift upwards of 300 pounds and they werre by no means bulky....odds are YOU DONT have enough testosterone to become bulky

    other than that....diet is important


  2. Fast is a matter of months, not days or weeks to get your ab muscles showing.  You need to be very strict with your diet and exercise program (both cardio and resistance workouts) to achieve the abs of a babe.

  3. Technically you already have abdominal muscles (assuming you're not deformed)
