How do I get access to the TD Comfort Zone at Rogers Center?

My buddy bet me $50 that I couldn't get tickets in the TD Comfort Zone to see the Toronto Blue Jays play at Rogers Center. Does anyone know how I can get these amazing seats (and take $50 from my friend)?
