How do I get all my contacts from Yahoo Messenger into my mobile messenger?

I'm using the mac computer messenger, and the phone messenger is a program already included, not downloaded from yahoo. my cell is a samsung a737. any help is appreciated. i will pick a best answer for the first one that works!
