How do I get along with my brother?

He is 28 and I am 25. Neither of us live at home, but both go to see our parents on a regular basis. Whenever him and I are there together we just fight. Is there something to do, so we can be civil to each other?

I know you're going to hate this, but if you really want to get along with him you should try this.  Be genuinely nice to him.  Say nice things to him or about him.  Don't start fights, or nag him.  And if he says something rude or wants to start a fight, just try your best to let it go.  If you treat him with respect you will get respect. But it won't happen in one day.  It'll take time.
