How do I get an AT&T repairman here? :(?

Our home line is down and I've called three times from my cell phone and they told me they can only get someone out tomorrow. I've told them all that it is our primary phone line and are waiting for important calls from doctors (my dad has cancer). Everyone is very robot like and won't help me.

Any tips?? Thanks!!

Also, make sure you tell them you will not be paying for time when you did not have the service available. money talks.

Unfortunately, at this time of afternoon, you will have to wait until tomorrow. Call your doctors and give them your alternate number.
