How do I get an Aipom Pokemon Pearl/Diamond?

Question

I have slathered honey on loads of tree's and there's never any Aipom's. I used about 9 honey's on each tree as well.

Is there a certain tree I need to put it on or certain amount?

Please help!

Its REALLY rare for you to find an aipom. I dont think there is a certain amount you need to slather.

i don't think the amount of honey you slather on the tree matters...i depends on luck... but what i did is i slather honey almost on every honey tree there is. but i got a few on the tree outside sunnyshore city and the one by the pokemon mansion..... i don't know if this goes the same in every game but i hope this helps!!

The effect of honey is steady, whether there's 1 or 10 honeys slathered on the tree. Go to all the trees in a certain area of Sinnoh, and apply some honey. Check back in 10 hours, and look at them all. If you're lucky, you'll find one, but they're pretty rare.

You can always check GTS. It will have it, but it's possible that the trades might be outrageous.
