How do I get an Australian working visa?

I have found dozens of sites where it turns out these are "visa assessments" which basically translates to me as a scam. Could anyone be kind enough as to direct me to the proper link with the proper online application form? I swear I tried looking but with no success :(

Your gut feeling about those visa help sites as being a scam is correct. Stay away from them.

The workers visa information can be found on the Australian Dept. Immigration and Citizenship web site.
