It's going to be extremely difficult. The World Bank and the International Monetary Fund's  jobs are held for the best in the world. So a degree and a ton of experience in some international organization is going to be needed. Although the IMF is easier than the World Bank since the IMF has more employees and has entry-level jobs. Nevertheless, get some experience in economics.

That said...you could go the way of the oldest trick in the book...you could always check in with Paul  Wolfowitz known for  his corruption in giving his girl friend a $193,000 a year job, tax free.  This guy was backed by none other than President Dubya himself.  It's done everyday everywhere.
