How do I get an employer sponsored skilled visa to Australia?

I am a qualified engineer (South Africa citizen) with South African as well as UK experience. I have experience in Process Engineering as well as Project Delivery (Infrastructure & Non-infrastructure). My occupation is on the SOL but I do not know how to go about finding a company to sponsor my visa.

You need to look for jobs in your field then apply and if you get the job that company employing you will give you all the supporting papers for you to get a work permit
