My neighbor has an outdoor cat even though she isn't supposed to. It keeps coming to my porch and trying to attack my cat through the window. He has given fleas to my nice clean indoor cat. He also is extremely loud, even if I close the window he doesn't stop. I talked to my other neighbors and they have called animal control several times, but they haven't done anything about it. How do I make him stay away?

  1. get a large have a heart trap bait with cat food and take it to a no kill shelter

  2. you could use your hose to wet your yard. make sure you have no catnip.

  3. I would call animal control again. Depending on your town laws they may have to seize the cat for good after a certain number of times. At the very least your neighbor will have to pay a fine. Hopefully your neighbor will get sick of paying these fines every time someone calls animal control and they will keep their cat inside.
