  1. Look the paper up and xerox it at your local Kinkos.  


  2. Most public libraries carry archives of the local newspers on microfiche.  Their equipment is probably set up so that you can inlarge the images and send it to their printer or copy machine.

    These prints are usually at a minimal cost of anything from five cents to twenty-five cents per copy.

  3. Some papers have internet sites and have old issues on-line.
