How do I get animated smiles in my 360 comments or change the yahoo smilies on my 360 comments?

You can't add to them friend. It is not possible on Yahoo360. Some countries have more and different smileys on their pages because they have a different server than we do. It is just the way the sites are set up.

I am sorry you can't do that you can only do the manual ones like this :) or :(  like no.1 said some countries have those emoticons but in U.S.A. yahoo server doesn't let us do that.
