Question:

How do I get around this?

I know I've posted this already but I want more answers

My school is instituting a lanyard-with-ID-must-be-worn-at-all-time... policy.

I feel its pretty dumb. I've gotten one good idea from someone of making up a fake ID and wearing that around

Any other fun ideas to aggravate the faculty? Something inappropriate would be the best

If I'm getting detentions for not wearing it or wearing it "incorrectly", I wanna earn them!

  1. put a picture of like a S****y girl over your picture, and pictures of drugs, and a school on fire would be an interesting one. I did that one time. You could also cuss on it. But that's all I have.

I had to wear an ID like that when I went to a really big High School because a lot of people trespassed and it made the faculty feel safer and the kids too.

  2. Just wear the ID. What's it hurting? Is it that painful to actually do what you're told? By acting out like that it's only making school harder on yourself. You may be getting attention, not in a good way though. Being defiant isn't cute nor is it funny. Those people are there to help you get an education and have a sucessful life. Maybe think about them and consider they are just trying to do their jobs rather than being selfish and immature.

  3. hi i must say it will not kill you if you will just wear your id and follow your school's rules and regulation. you've said your parents pay 8000+ dollars for your to study there so make your life easy follow the school's rules.

  4. You could write all over it, or have it get chewed up by a dog or something, and use the fantastic excuse "my dog ate my ID"

If there's a picture on it, you could do something bad, like maybe the finger, or do a silly picture.

Decorate it with stickers of beer, and stuff your school wouldn't allow.

    Thats all I got!

  5. omg!! i luv ur idea!

ok, decorate it with stickers or alcahol and drugs and ****, and on the picture, and on the pic, put like a prostitue half naked or some **** like that, and write mean sayyings on the back!!

    THE h**l WITH RULES!

  6. Well, you could break the rules and get in trouble... but that would get pretty old after a while.  So why not try to change the rule instead?  You school obviously has some reason for this new policy, but if you could come up with an alternative that would accomplish the same goal, maybe they'd go for it.  Maybe instead of a lanyard around your neck, students could wear some kind of wrist band?  Or use IDs that you can pin to your shirt?  It would still be annoying, but it might be better than having a rope dangling around your neck all day.  Since your goal is to not have to wear the lanyard, focus your energy on finding a different solution.  Protesting can be fun for a while, but it usually doesn't accomplish much besides getting you in trouble.

  7. I just went blank...
