How do I get back on schedule for bed ?

Ok, I'm going to school in 3 days and I can't get to bed at the time i need to (about 9-10) Whenever I try, I end up lying there for hours. I'm 11 so I dont want to use any sleeping pills or anything. HELP !

  1. just be persistant...  i have to go back to school on tuesday so i have to get back into that rythm too...   besides, usually on the first day (at least for me) you get up early involuntarily... so don't worry about it...


  2. Read in bed, from about 8:30 on. And set your alarm NOW for the time it will be at next week - and get up, even if you are tired.

    That way you will start being ready for bed sooner in a couple of days from now.

  3. Just go back to sleep drink lots of water befre you go to bed.

    You body will fick into eventually i need 2 get back into it as well

  4. it is usaully like that when you are going to school for the first time of the year just you will get used to it just keep going to bed at the same time adn dont think about scholl or wory about not going to bed
