I'm on a no salt diet that DOES allow me to marinate my chicken and fish in balsamic vinager before I cook it. It actually tastes pretty good. And I DON'T miss the salt this way. However, the cooked on balsamic vinager has left a COMPLETE MESS on my NON-stick Forman Grill plates. (non stick, my butt)!! Does anyone know how I could get this sticky, gooey, baked on mess off my grill plates without ruining my Forman??

  1. well im not the best at dishes but just let it soak in hot soapy water and take a non metal scruby to it it should come off

  2. Try one of the non-scratch plastic scourers.

  3. Lemon, honey and molasses

  4. leave it in soap watter and viniger for like 2 hours and see it works

  5. let it soak in soapy water for a few hrs. or ou could scrub it with a brillo pad.. thjat may scratch it a lil though.

  6. Scrub with a paste of baking soda and warm water. The baking soda is a mild abrasive, so it will remove baked-on messes, without scratching the surface.

  7. soak it in water or vinegar for a day

  8. Try soaking it in hot soapy water. Over a day some of that stuff should losen up and should be easy to scrub off.

  9. Spray some oven cleaner on the grill plates and then close it and set it on the George Foreman grill on the lowest setting.  Do this for about 10 minutes and then the baked-on mess should wipe off with a wet sponge.
