How do I get broader shoulders?

I am 14, Medium build 150 lbs

anyone know how to get broader shoulders??

I have seen some swimmers/divers and the Olympics who all have broad shoulders even the skinniest ones...

But I cant do swimming .. so does anyone know any excercises that can broaden me me up ??

  1. You will broaden as you get older naturally As you go through puberty you naturally widen up until you are about 16-18. Should you wish you can bulk up the muscles on your shoulder but that won't add a great deal. Unfortunately once puberty finishes, what you have is pretty much what you got.


  2. military presses.  type that into a search engine if you dont know what they are.

    Hand stand push ups.    do a hand stand so your back is semi against the wall....lower head to floor then push up to hand stand position again...repeat.

    Front raises, side raises, shrugs

  3. maybe weightt lifting

    Hand stand and press up, very difficult but works a treat. keep hands wide apart.

    Press ups with hand wide apart.


  5. Climbing, building!

  6. Well you would have to remain relatively lean, and you could work your upper body with weights. Bench press, Flies, Military press, Pull Ups.

    Eat lots of protien also.  

  7. This is not possible.

    Broad shoulders is about bone structure and you cannot change that.

    Just be happy with the body you have got.
