How do I get cat urine out of my Wedding shoes?

My Husbands cat likes to use our closet as her personal litter box...

She has now urinated on my wedding shoes. Is there anyway I can get the color/smell out of my shoes without ruining the color of the shoes. They were painted to match my wedding dress and I would hate to ruin the paint.

vanish spray might help . . take them to dry cleaners?
