How do I get cat urine smell out of plastic?

Well a male cat has sprayed my daughters Little Tikes plastic playhouse. We usually bring her house indoors for winter....but won't if it smells! Any suggestions?

make a solution of pine sol and soap and water, scrub the playhouse down and hose it off, the use a spray bottle with bleach and water,spray it good and let set for 10-15 min, then hose it off again, smell will be gone!!!!

Baking soda is a great homemade odor eliminator. Or try an air freshener that actually gets rid of the scent, not just covers it up. Hope I helped! :)

Plastic can be a tough one, since it can be a bit porous.  I have posted a link on some approaches to try using vinegar or using baking soda, or other household items.

A good guess is that the male cat is not neutered, or was not neutered at an early age.

You will need an enzymatic cleanser such as Nature's Miracle.  You can find it in pet stores in the "stain and odor removal" section.

OMG THAT IS THE WEIRDEST THING!!! Today, we took my cat to the vet and he peed in his carrier and we were trying to get the smell out for a long time. We went to Giant and bought some Clorox Disinfectant Wipes and wiped the carrier down. It seemed to help a lot.

use enviro fresh for pets, for mould, it really works you can get it at walmart in pet section, it takes the smell out do not use any other cleaner as they wil only mask the oder or smell enviro fresh takes the odor out.  i know it works as i used it to get rid of cat urine from my outside window, i live in a basement appartment, there is flowers out side my window they would come and do there thing and smell would come in window.
